We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return your item within 30 days from the date you received it.
Returns – Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as when received

All original packaging, accessories and tags must be intact

The product must be free from stains, odors, hair or signs of use

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or refunded partially

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted and are sent at the customer’s own risk.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all return shipments. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds

Unclaimed Parcels
Orders that are not collected and returned to us will be subject to an administrative fee of 79 SEK, which covers return shipping, handling and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

📦 Order Cancellation
