These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, as well as purchases made from our store. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for non-defective products. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

We do not offer free returns or prepaid return labels

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in cases of change of mind or non-defective items

2. Return Policy – Overview
2.1 Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for all eligible, non-defective items. Returns shipped after this period may be refused.
2.2 Return Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

The product is defective, or
-
We have shipped the wrong item
We do not provide complimentary return labels.
2.3 Conditions for Accepting Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in original condition

Be free from stains, odors, pet hair or other signs of use

Include all original packaging, accessories and tags
We reserve the right to deny or partially refund returns that do not meet these conditions.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as:

Personal care and hygiene-related products

Used massage or body-contact devices

Custom or made-to-order items

Gift cards or digital products
3. Refunds
3.1 Processing Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days.
3.2 Method of Refund
Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3.3 No Refund Without Return
We do not issue refunds without the product being returned, except in specific, approved cases. In some rare situations, we may offer:

A partial refund (e.g. 50%), and/or

A store credit, at our sole discretion
4. Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s specified time and is returned to us, an administrative fee of 79 SEK will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs.
This fee will be deducted from any refund.
5. Orders Not Received & Incorrect Address
If tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received the parcel, this may be due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

Collection not made from a pick-up point
-
Delivery accepted by someone at the address
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is complete and accurate.
If an order is not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may offer:

A replacement shipment, subject to a handling/shipping fee (e.g. 70 SEK) once a secure and correct address has been confirmed
Orders lost due to incorrect address details are not eligible for a full refund.
6. Order Cancellations & Changes
You may request a cancellation or change to your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a standard return.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Strikes, labour disputes or industrial actions

Fires, accidents, war or acts of terrorism

Government actions or regulations

Supplier or carrier failures

Natural disasters or other unforeseen events (force majeure)
We are not liable for any changes made to products, specifications or features by manufacturers or suppliers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages arising from:

The purchase or use of our products

Reliance on any information provided on our website
The customer is responsible for using the products according to instructions and with appropriate care.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, prices or other content are free from errors or omissions.
