Shipping & Delivery Policy

We work hard to ensure fast, reliable and secure deliveries for all of our customers. Below you will find all relevant information regarding shipping, delivery methods and estimated delivery times.


Shipping From Our Swedish Warehouse

Most of our orders are dispatched from our warehouse located just outside Gothenburg, Sweden. Orders are processed and packed daily, which means that customers within Sweden normally receive their delivery within:

📦 1–3 business days (within Sweden)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel all the way to delivery.


Shipping From External Warehouses

During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, stock shortages or operational delays, your order may be shipped directly from our production facilities or external partner warehouses outside Sweden.

In such cases, the estimated delivery time is:

🌍 5–12 business days (international shipping)

Please note that during peak seasons such as Christmas, Halloween, Black Friday and major promotional campaigns, delivery times may be extended by an additional 1–5 business days due to high order volumes and carrier congestion.

All customer service, order processing and quality control are handled by our team in Sweden regardless of where your order is shipped from.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping within Sweden: 39 SEK

  • Free shipping within Sweden on orders above: 699 SEK

International shipping costs may vary depending on destination and are always displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.


Delays & External Factors

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays and peak seasons

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or unforeseen external events. Should your order be significantly delayed, you will be notified by email with updated delivery information.


Unclaimed Parcels

Orders that are not collected or refused without a valid reason and subsequently returned to us will be subject to an administrative fee of 149 SEK, which covers shipping, handling and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued.


Wrong Address & Failed Deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Orders lost due to incorrect address details are not eligible for refund or replacement.
